The Sharing Center of Central Brevard is excited to announce the 10th Annual Amateur Backyard BBQ Contest!
Join us on April 5, 2025, at F. Burton Smith Park in Cocoa to sample some of the best local BBQ around. Amateur BBQ teams from across the county will compete for the title of Amateur Champion Griller in three categories: beef, pork, and chicken. Each team will provide samples of their delicious BBQ for you, the public, to vote for the People’s Choice Champion Griller.
While serious competitors are sweating it out, we’ll be soaking up the rays with great food and live entertainment.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Sharing Hunger Relief Programs. Starting February 10th tickets can be purchased at our two thrift store locations and at local business partners throughout the community. Tickets will also be available on the day of the event.
